Stumbled across Meditations at the Foyles bookstore in Waterloo Station and felt compelled to pick up a copy. It's been on my reading list for quite awhile. Marcus Aurelius, drawing inspiration from numerous impactful figures in his life, shares timeless wisdom in these pages. Hard to believe his words were originally only meant for his private musings. We're lucky to learn from him two thousand years later.
