Patient moon

I love this quote about patience. I also love the moon. "The moon needs time to become full." What a beautiful sentiment, right? If home ownership has taught me anything, it's that one must be patient. Not everything has gone according to plan, but I'm learning each step of the way: learning to have patience when things don't go right the first time, communicating well to get things right, seeking the positives in challenging situations, and understanding that sometimes good things take time.

As a small example, I ordered beautiful frames for some drawings I want to hang and they arrived cracked. This seems to be a theme in my life - ordering things and returning them again and again. I'll be really happy once we can get some art on our white walls. Even better, if I can start painting my own.

To sum up, I've come to realize that patience isn't just a virtue; it's a skill. Much like the phases of the moon, progress unfolds gradually, and it's important to learn to embrace each phase, foreseeing what's coming and what's possible.
