Finding frameworks

Finding frameworks

“Great people become great due to the framework, routines and habits they have set for themselves” ~Sunday Adelaja

In tech, frameworks are important tools for standardizing processes and ensuring scalability across teams. Without them, it can be a little like the wild west, sometimes leading to confusion and wasted time. While creating a framework can be a considerable investment, you'll like find that the benefits are well worth the time and effort. They serve as important guides to ensure consistency as teams grow and adapt to new challenges.

Currently, I'm spearheading the implementation of a framework for product deletion within our systems. While numerous frameworks exist for product development, there is a gap in resources for product deprecation or at least the usage of them. Yet, the importance of operational rigor during this phase is just as crucial as during the development process.

Frameworks aren't exclusive to work; they can help us in various aspects of our lives. Whether it's crafting a morning routine or streamlining grocery shopping, it can be helpful to establish frameworks to take the guesswork out of life. By adopting repeatable processes, we can transform potential challenges into seamless experiences to make our days easier, more manageable and ultimately set us up for success.
